While RC Engineering’s specific expertise with Castings is based on many decades of experience providing high quality solutions to European customers, the independent “Metals Foundry Operations” started in 2024 in Rajkot and began providing Casting Sourcing, Casted Parts, Aluminum and Brass Castings for valve, pumps, and machine industry as well as Engineering Services.

Rajkot can be judged as the “Mecca” for investment casting. More than 250 foundries provide their services out of this industry cluster.
While the profound casting knowledge which has been developped in this region during the last 50 years is a clear USP, for outsiders it can be overhelming: It is not easy to detect the real jewels, the reliable sources from the surface. Furthermore, every foundry has his specific benefits and limitations: If you request prototyping it is another story than to go in high volume castings.

RC Engineering fills exactly this gap while we personally know most of the foundries here personally and we know their setting, their capabilities and all the stories behind. We accompaign you through the full lifcycle of you product: We may start prototyping with foundry A, enter in serial production with foundry B and scale it up to mass production with foundry C - seamlessly.
